What you share

Our inquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, property ZIP code, ownership status, project interests, timeline, preferred contact method, callback or scheduling preference, and contact permission. Please do not send Social Security numbers, credit reports, bank statements or other borrower documents through this website.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to contact you about your project, understand your needs, coordinate next steps, manage appointments and keep a record of follow-up. A financing provider handles its own application and lending review under its own notices. Submitting this inquiry does not authorize a credit check.

Sources and website activity

We record campaign tags, referring website, landing page paths and basic form interaction information with your inquiry so we can understand which sources bring relevant inquiries. Campaign metadata may remain in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Contact and project answers are not stored in that browser storage. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or a third-party visitor analytics service.

Services and sharing

Our site hosting and data storage use OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Lead notifications use Resend and Proton email; scheduling uses Proton Calendar. Our authorized team uses these services to handle inquiries. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals to help prevent automated abuse. We may coordinate relevant inquiry details with financing or prefab providers for the next steps you request. We do not use this form to collect a loan application.

Your choices and questions

You can ask us to correct inquiry details, stop follow-up or review a request to delete your information by contacting us above. We may verify your identity before acting. Records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or resolving an outstanding matter. Do not send sensitive documents to verify a request unless we provide an appropriate secure process.

Appointments and contact

Submitting an inquiry permits follow-up about that project using your supplied contact information. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. A confirmed appointment requires a separate booking. Calendar and email services have their own privacy notices.
