ADU Fund Co helps homeowners explore recommended HELOC options and prefab ADU choices. We collect initial project information and coordinate next steps with the appropriate team. Loan eligibility, credit review, terms and approval are determined by the financing provider.

Information and financing

Website information is general and does not constitute a loan offer, credit approval, rate lock or commitment to fund. Financing depends on lender requirements and the applicant's circumstances. No approval, financing amount, completion timeline or rental return is guaranteed by this website.

Prefab ADU options

ADU images and the assembly animation illustrate design possibilities. They are not an available-model catalog, construction plan or representation of a specific manufacturer model. Actual options, specifications, costs, delivery, permits, installation and site work must be confirmed in the relevant provider's written scope and agreement. ADU Fund Co does not perform permitting or installation.

Inquiry and appointment

An accepted inquiry is a request for contact. Our representative will reach out within 24 hours. Choosing the scheduling option does not reserve a time until Proton confirms a booking. A scheduled call is a conversation, not lending approval or an ADU purchase.

Separate agreements

Any financing or prefab purchase requires the relevant provider's separate disclosures and agreement. This website does not create a construction or lending contract. Contact us if information appears inaccurate or you need an accessible way to inquire.
